My Strength

“Strength doesn’t come from what you CAN do, it comes from overcoming the things you ONCE thought you couldn’t.”– Cullen Jones, Olympic swimmer Team USA

And so I keep running and I keep working on my spirituality and my conditioning. Every step is a step that I once believed that I would not be able to take. I pray and I keep running; my life depends on this. My brain is catching up with my heart. Will I ever learn the things that I need to learn? Will I ever be of value? I only want to be the best that I can be.
